The modern design and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent,. The room had a fantastic view over Avenue Jean Medicin.

Some staff seemed dismissive, and the air conditioning was not very effective .

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was just a few blocks away from the beautiful promenade des anglais. Plus, with its proximity to the charming old town, i could wander through its narrow streets filled with shops and cafes without feeling rushed.

The stay was pleasant, with a very convenient location just a short stroll from the beach and the vibrant shops. I appreciated the cleanliness of the shared areas and the delightful breakfast spread, which included fresh pastries and yogurt. Although the room was a bit compact, it had all the essentials and a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. I had journeyed to enjoy the sights of the old town, which was just around the corner, making it easy to explore the charming streets filled with local culture.

The location is mint, just a short walk to the beach and shops. But the shower was tight and the Wi-Fi was dodgy, eh?

The bedspread was dirty while the bathroom had sufficient storage space.

Staying at univers was great! The bed was super comfortable, and having a smart tv made it easy to relax and watch netflix. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to everything. They offered on-site beauty services, a lovely touch.

The room was spacious with high ceilings and a smart TV that added a modern touch. I loved waking up to natural light streaming in through the large windows. Plus, the complimentary beach towels were a fantastic bonus for my seaside adventures!

The location is a real gem-right on the corner of the main shopping street, just a five-minute walk to the promenade. The hotel offers a well-equipped triple room with ample space and unbeatable cleanliness.

The shower space is on the cramped side, and it doesn't offer much in terms of water pressure. I also found the Wi-Fi connection to be a bit spotty, especially up on the higher floors, frustrating when I needed to plan my outings. Although the breakfast is convenient, at 20 euros, it feels a bit overpriced for the selection. The decor and furniture in the rooms seem outdated, with some items looking like they could use a good refresh. I also noticed a lingering sewer smell in the vicinity, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant environment.

A little noise from the street occasionally interrupted my peaceful moments, but overall, it enhanced my stay in this charming location.

A Perfect Getaway in the Heart of Nice!

Our stay surpassed expectations! The helpful staff made check-in seamless and offered great local tips. The evening strolls to nearby attractions were good, and the cozy ambiance in our room was perfect for relaxation. Definitely try the on-site dining for a convenient meal after a busy day!

Oh la la! The location is utterly divine-everything's just a hop, skip, and jump away, and you can feast on mouthwatering gelato from Gelateria Pinocchio, only a short stroll from the hotel. Plus, the staff is so cute, they helped store our bags before check-in! The room's cleanliness and cozy vibe made it hard to leave!

On the flip side, some rooms had an unpleasant odor, and it reminded me of the carpets could seriously use a makeover. The soundproofing left a lot to be desired. Conversations from the next room reminded me of they were happening right next to me.

I found the ambiance very cute, with clean common areas and friendly staff who were always ready to help. The accessibility of the tram stop just outside made exploring the city easy for seniors like me.

Improve soundproofing in rooms for better sleep.
